Cult Icon Posted December 4, 2016 Posted December 4, 2016 Gained 10 pounds in 3 months. Lost barely any weight since I pledged to lose 10 pounds 2 months ago.. lost 1, 2 pounds only. My pledge: back to my old strategy: hard-core dieting with 600-800 deficit everyday. Cut out most carbs, fats. , vegetables, fruits, and protein only. Restaurant meals and parties stay the same. From experience this should take 6 weeks. Starting tomorrow! Quote
