Posted April 3, 200817 yr Why do so many perfectly beautiful women get them? Why do a lot of girls go too big when they opt for breast enlargement? (If you go too big, they become obviously fake. This might be a matter of taste, but I never thought obviously silicone enhanced breasts were all that appealing)Did any of you ever consider it and why (not)?FWIW, I never heard any man say "she'd be beautiful if she upped her cup size". Basically, as shallow as we may seem, it factors fairly low on our list of demands. Well, for most of us anyway.

April 3, 200817 yr Author But men stare at breasts as if they were Gods gift to men.Would you stare equally if the woman was flat chested? I never stare at the breasts to begin with, I'm more of an ass-legs man. Anyway, breasts size is a way overrated aspect when it comes to what is perceived as beautiful in a woman's body. I don't understand the psychology of a woman who feels the need to go from a B to a D cup for instance. I can somewhat understand a woman who has a very small A-cup, but even there, she should realize that a lot of men don't really care about breast size. I think women would be surprised how many men care little about this. It doesn't stand in proportion with the scale of women's obsession with it at least. I guess it's the equivalent of the male's obsession with penis size, with the difference that there is actually some value to the bigger-is-better thinking with a penis...
April 3, 200817 yr ^ I would venture to say it is the same way you men worry about penis size. For women, fuller or larger breasts means you are perceived as more womanly or feminine or even a better lay. Smaller chested girls can be looked at as boyish or youthful. Breast size seems to define how womanly we are. True, it shouldn't matter. I think most of the onset of breast size insecurity for girls is during puberty and through high school. We see other girls blossoming, wearing tight t-shirts with their cleavage, and boys stare. And those of us with smaller breasts don't necessarily get that kind of attention. However, from my expeirience, all the girls who grew large breasts in high school are now chubby or over-weight now that the rest of their bodies have caught up with them. For that, I am greatful to be a naturally thin gal with a B cup. I have considered having my breasts augemented many times and I still do when I see models or actresses or just women in movies with beautiful, full breasts. Not that I want mine to be freaky Pamela Anderson-sized boobs. But a full C cup would be preferred. However, from my understanding women with implants can't breast feed their children and that is something I want to do when I have kids. Also, it's terribly expensive and there can be complications and health risks. That's not something I'm interested in taking a chance on just to fill out my bikini top better. Luckily, my boyfriend is an ass-legs man like you, Herve. I would say my legs (and lips and hair) are my best physical attribute, but I unfortunately live in a place where it is cloudy and rainy for 200+ days out of the year. My boyfriend loves my breasts and tells me he doesn't want me to change them. I'm not nearly as insecure as I was about not having big breasts and I'm fairly happy with them as they are. But I do still get envious of the more endowed women.

April 3, 200817 yr I don't fill an A cup. I am as flat as they come. I have great legs however, but being so super skinny I don't have much of an ass either. Have breasts would make me feel more like a woman and not a boy people have mistaken me for a man before because I am so stickthin
April 4, 200817 yr I can't talk for myself, but I have two friends that have gotten boob jobs and both had said the same thing about it. They had the money and they would feel better about themselves if they weren't the size they were (one was an A cup and one was B cup). Neither had husbands that cared if they had it done or not, however, they both chose to do it for themselves .My opinion is to be happy with yourself and some women can't see that they were made in perfection with the body's they were given, so they find the need to pay for the happiness. I can't say its wrong as long as it doesn't become an obsession and you can afford it.

I am just a bit surprised at the amount of women who seem to have some sort of issue relating to their breast size, even those who ultimately don't get them augmented. I can relate to your statement of women linking breast-size to femininity, Heather. However, I think this idea again exist much more in the minds of women themselves than with men. Sure, there's men out there who live by the mantra "a real woman has curves", but I don't believe even those men expect all women to have C or D cups. I remember a documentary where they followed four women prior, during and after they got a breast augmentation. All of them started from a feeling of frustration with their own size. Most of them felt insecure about their appearance in general. But only ONE of them felt a lot better after they got the work done. The other three found out that the larger breasts were unable to solve all their feelings of inadequacy. But when they dug a little deeper, you could easily see that for some of those women, the breast size itself wasn't the problem. One of the women was the daughter of a former local beauty queen who resented the fact that her daughter wasn't as beautiful as she was. She had somehow instilled into her daughters mind that she was ugly, and it was very clear in the post-operation interviews with her that no amount of surgery would ever be able to take away that feeling.

April 10, 200817 yr hm. I've felt at times that my boobs weren't big enough. When you aren't stick thin, having bigger boobs offsets having heavier arms or a thicker waist line. Not only because it overts attention from those areas but because it's sort of a contrast, it makes you appear thinner. They make you look curvier and less 'square' ... it's the same with hips and butt. Although very lage breast can make you look fatter in dressers and t-shirts.. etc.I've watched myself go from an a, to be and then finally a small c-cup. I'm confortable with them.. I've never found boobjobs appealing just because they make you look too fake, over the top and cartoon like almost. If breast implants didn't look so fake then maybe I would consider it if I had an issue with my breats.Hey, but me and the girls are on good terms... i like 'em!
