It's so hard to say... I love both, but my choise is The Simpsons...

I love Simsons

Years ago it was the simpsons, but now its family guy. Although I like south park a little more than the two.

Stewie and Brian make that show. Everything else is toilet humor.

The simpsons are the best. Just because family guy uses crude humor, doesn't necessarily mean it is the best.

Family Guy, no question. Way more my kind of humor than the Simpsons.

The Simpsons have to win. ^^ They are just epic.

Plus: Familiy Guy copied some jokes/story lines.

Examples?

There is one joke about how the jews don't have to suffer after what they had to suffer in the desert B.C. Simpson made such a joke first, a while afterwars we could see a similar joke in Family Guy.

Another example is: there is an episode in which Marge becomes very strong and Homer doesn't want to sleep with her but she forces him. *g* And there is a similar scene in family guy...

Family Guy recently, but in its prime The Simpsons.

Of course the Simpsons. Family guy only has a few good episodes nothing compared to The Simpsons.

Simpsons hands down. Funny for all ages, great social commentary and gotta give credit for 20 years of air time.

Family Guy has its moments, but too much random crude humour too often.

They've been around so long, and for the most part have kept the funny in them, and to my knowledge has yet to be cancelled, unlike Family Guy. Aswell, latelly it seems like Family Guy is getting less and less funny....

Fmily Guy has lost its way with stupid montages and The Sipmpsons will forever be the best animated series!
