Emily Ratajkowski
I don't mind a celebrity doing their part to dispel the notion that women don't watch porn (or have any other sexual agency beyond what's usually expected), but it does venture dangerously close toward either pandering (or "marketing" as Vega more diplomatically put it) or "special snowflake" territory. Either way, I am still interested in her and what she does next.

Literally everyone watches porn, although I don't know wtf she means by "female porn movies" (lesbian? more "female-friendly" porn like x-art or viv thomas?) and being "not into that swimsuit model vibe" seems like a poor choice considering SI was big for her. Hoping some of those were taken out of context or something.

True Detective
Agreed on your predictions for sure. And two female leads?? That sounds like an interesting and a stark change from the machismo of this season. Ahhh can't wait for the finale!

Chris Pratt
Can't decide whether I like chubby teddy bear Chris Pratt or jacked hottie Chris Pratt. I'll take both.

Alison Brie

"Inherent Vice"-- (Paul Thomas Anderson)
^Yes, I think Gravity's Rainbow is infamous for being a tough read and I personally thought it lived up to its reputation. I think Pynchon and PTA are a good and interesting match. Pynchon is a little more political than PTA, even in a "fluffier" book (for Pynchon) like Inherent Vice, but not enough to present any sort of problem for PTA's usual proclivities. I think you're right on about PTA avoiding any sort of heavy-handed criticism against capitalism or religion. He seems more interested in the psychology and motivations behind great/terrible people, and their relationships with other (possibly great/terrible) people. It's one of the many reasons I love him forever and always Whereas in TWBB and The Master, he really tried to get into the minds of one or two characters, especially in the context of some interesting mentor/mentee or father/son contexts, Inherent Vice focuses more broadly on a wider cast of characters and a specific time period. In that way, it's kind of similar to Boogie Nights. It also has a lot of dark, weird humour, similar to Boogie Nights. Boogie Nights is one of my favourite PTA films and I can't wait to see him take on another ensemble type of movie. tl;dr my anticipation for this film has consumed my life

True Detective
Agreed on prediction. Either that or I can't believe the finale is only an hour long, I want more! Also, director Cary Fukunaga, who is great, won't be returning for season 2. Looks like next year will have a whole new director, cast, storyline, everything.

Margot Robbie
I still prefer her blonde but she does look smashing. Can't wait to see her even more on the red carpet from now on

Jennifer Lawrence
Would you turn down a 15m contract lol, absolutely not. I'm just selfish and want to see her in other stuff, especially when they put her in something subpar or cracked out. But I'm glad she's making bank, she deserves it! Plus she wore Tom Ford to the after-party... yay!

Emma Watson
Gah she's such a good dresser. That gown at the Oscars was so lovely and she was adorable with JGL.

Lupita Nyong'o

She looks great and I'm not trying to be a dick but why was she at the Oscars? Just cause Timberlake was in that Coen brothers movie?

2014 SI Swimsuit
Other than guaranteeing another spot in the mag (which they would have gotten anyway if they had even remotely enough hype to be a contender for ROTY), I think the only thing it's good for is a) giving an incredibly fleeting boost to the winner, and b) just another promotional tool. I like all of the girls who were in the lead at one point or another, so may the winner get at least 40-50 new twitter followers from their victory.

She has the best boobs going atm, and probably best body overall. but wtf, Entourage? You're already in a Fincher movie. It's like when she kept doing Frederick's even though she had already shot better stuff. Who is managing this woman? http://www.highsnobiety.com/2014/03/04/emily-ratajkowski-cast-in-upcoming-entourage-film/

Sara Sampaio
She is sooo gorgeous in those instagram pics. Well, I guess she's always gorgeous though.

In SwimDaily's retrospective on models at Oscar after parties, why does Josie Maran look nothing like Josie Maran?

Margot Robbie
Love the Elle cover. Thank you for all the posts!

2014 SI Swimsuit
I don't know about anybody else, but I think I only care about the ROTY because now the issue has already come out and the promotion is more or less starting to die off and this is all I have left of my SE anticipation... like when you're still eating the candy out of your Christmas stocking well past New Year's.

(1) you can see straight incision scars underneath both breasts where implants are inserted (2) her areolas are far too high on her breast for them to be natural; particularly obvious with her left breast (3) her breasts do not hang like natural breasts. They're asymmetrical and crooked. One is shaped like a bolt-on balloon, one is shaped like a football. It would help if the photos were ultra high resolution, but ultimately Sports Illustrated is a company that cheaps out and never releases any photos of high quality. They're worse than Playboy in that sense, and that's saying quite a lot. Warning: Nudity (bodypainting photos) Maybe you guys are right. Her breasts look real enough from the bodypainting pics where she's on her side/back. Then again, they do look kind of weird from the front and Sara Jean Underwood also has breast implants that look decently real from certain angles. Either way, her breasts look kind of strange and the bodypaint they picked for her is frustrating, because it covers up the parts we need to see, lol. I'm still going to give her the benefit of the doubt until I see more damning evidence (ie, something higher res/less airbrushed than SI shots) - maybe she just has weird boobs. Also not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but if you're having trouble scrolling down after voting in ROTY, if you're in Chrome, resize your browser thinner, then scroll down. Why is that thing f'ed anyway. And if the poll is rigged what do they have to gain from Samantha Hoopes winning? That's weird. At least Sara Sampaio has a lot of votes now.

Lupita Nyong'o
She is so charming and sweet and wonderful. Can't wait to see more of her.
