The only rookies I've seen talked about on predominately male websites have been Emily R and Hannah Ferguson. Hannah is all over reddit, especially considering how relatively unknown she is; she was actually the top post in the main nsfw subreddit after the mag's release. She has a killer body and obviously that body paint was pretty attention-getting, yet she has hardly any votes. Also, as someone who has real breasts that people are constantly saying are fake, I feel for Samantha. I haven't studied them in depth and granted they look sorta wonky in some of those bikini pics, but I'm pretty sure you can tell they're real from the side. There's no good reason to assume they're fake, imo. But once people get in their heads that somebody's breasts are actually implants, pretty much nothing will change their minds, so arguing is pointless.

I expected Emily to win because of the exposure (no pun intended) from the blurred lines video with Robin Thicke. But it seems like Gigi will take it. No it could be Emily. Strangely enough I've barely seen people talking about her, Gigi's on RHOBH since her mother is one of the housewives and she's gained a fanbase through it so maybe that's how she's getting lots of votes? And her boyfriends fans too. Her mother could have something to do with is, but don't discount her being a young, young looking, legal, blonde with a cute little body. There's a reason barely legal porn is huge in the USA. She's hot enough to deserve it on her own, but the results are going to be skewed toward whoever has the bigger fanbase, ie who is more famous. That would put Emily R to win by default, except Gigi (despite being less famous, for now) has three sets of fanbases to bolster her votes - one of those fanbases is very much teenage, meaning they're young enough to be fanatical and dedicated to voting constantly, as well as young enough not to be turned off by the flagrant self promotion. Also, on sites dedicated to your average straight dude, there's been hardly a peep about Gigi; they seem more impressed with Hannah Ferguson. Either way, maybe Gigi could really be a big sell for SI if she's going to be drawing a more teenybopper demographic? That's a big piece of pie right there.

Holy moly. I almost voted for Sara in the ROTY because I really feel her shots were better, but seeing her like this makes me realize I'm still in love. So beautiful. Her skin is utterly perfect and her body is just in a whole other playing field. I still don't feel like Em is a great "fit" for SI but now I want to see her in the magazine at least one more time, just so we can get an actually stellar shoot out of it. If she looks better just standing around in an unretouched, high-res photo, there's no reason they couldn't have nailed it with a professional shoot....

Dallas Buyers Club: Some really heartbreaking moments and great acting, but a little too much of the one-sided politics. Obvious Oscar-bait, to a distracting degree. Frozen: I don't like musicals but I liked Frozen. A lot more to this movie than the stupid snowman promos led me to believe. Plus, Elsa was kinda hot when she did her magical ice diva transformation. Kristen Bell did a good job. Blue is the Warmest Colour: Favourite movie of 2013 despite the goofy title. For me, Adele epitomises true youth and beauty on every level, better than I've seen from any female in many years. Scarily accurate portrayal of what it's like to be deeply in love. Infamous sex scene was gratuitously long and the director is probably a creep.

Perhaps that has something to do with the fact that some of her humor is barely humor at all? If it's only funny to yourself, perhaps you should not share it with your Twitter followers? That's the thing, in a lot of places, CT is considered very funny and likable. Maybe I just don't know about all the awful crap she's done because I never really paid attention to her before noticing the hate-fest on BZ. I don't understand caring enough to hate her to such a degree.

Chrissy is not my cup of tea physically and I can't decide if her lack of a censor means she's more entitled than the other girls or just less fake/Machiavellian. I thought some of her comments on twitter were gross. Having said that, she has a nice perky bust and she's far quicker on the draw than any other model I can think of, and is more often than not very self-deprecating. I also think that some of her humour goes over people's heads.

I really love almost all of the pics and think they did a good job with scaling at least some of the photoshop back a bit. However... 1) WTF did they do with Emily Ratajkowski and the bronzer??? It looks like she's in black face FFS. It doesn't look like they used as much in the body paint pics and she looks gorgeous there. Her body is... asdf;lkasd;fja 2) I was surprised Kate Upton in space wasn't on the cover, but I think slowen called it, those zero gravity pics look ridiculous. After seeing the video, it seems like there were a lot of logistics that they didn't really think through beforehand, or something. Kate did as well and looked as good as anyone really could expect someone to when being thrown and bashed around. Maybe SI needed to get some Vadim pro tips before embarking on that journey... 3) OMG Hannah Ferguson, Sara Sampaio!! Wasn't expecting to like them as much as I did.
