What is Sammy Hoopes up to these days? I miss her frank openness when she was in SISE. Perhaps one of the last of their roster whose patter during promo wasn't media-trained into utter dullness.

This is hardly unique to the left. If you've ever been to Italy, you have almost certainly seen stalls selling Mussolini themed apparel/souvenirs. The craziest thing I ever saw was a vendor selling flags, including one of MLK Jr. and one of Mussolini, displayed near each other. Talk about schizophrenic.

I'm not Che apologist but this is kind of a stupid take. He died 55 years ago. Homophobia was then still wide-spread, not just on the right but also on the left. Also he was a macho revolutionary, not exactly the kind of person I'd even expect to have progressive ideas about sexual preference.

Apparently this force primarily consists out of older recruits (40+) lured in by the fat signing bonus, who have gotten only 3-4 weeks of training. I don't believe they will be a huge factor in the conflict, other than more bodies to throw into the bear pit.

Emily's Le Mans shoot is still great. It's weird that Guess didn't do a lot more of that kind of stuff with her, she is so right for their brand.

Yeah, the tone is also very different, very serious and with no real room for humor. So no scenes where like Tyrion or Bronn gets to be funny. I do think the GoT original cast was a bit like catching lighting in a bottle. So I didn't expect an ensemble that was just as good. But the House of the Dragon bunch fall incredibly short of that standard. I also don't get why they cast Matt Smith in a role he is obviously not right for.

Didn't really like the premiere that much. The cast definitely doesn't feel like it is collectively as strong as the original show. The only two I like so far are Paddy Considine and Rhys Ifans. I don't really rate Matt Smith very highly as an actor and his worst traits are on display in this role (he has no subtlety to speak of in any of his performances).

Nice! She really reminds me of some other model, but I can't figure out who.

And more broadly speaking, we are appreciative to all members who contribute to the forum, but it's no obligation and if any member feels like - for whatever reason - it's no longer worth their time that is their choice. But it's not a good reason to completely derail a model's topic.
