Partially inspired by Cara Delevingne, who you may remember from such films as Suicide Squad and Valerian. Looking at her IMDB page, she's had a few other castings over the last couple of years, although I don't recognise many of the titles so I'm not altogether sure of how big they were. Anyway, leaving aside the more obvious fashion-centric fare of things like Zoolander or Neon Demon, what are some other movies with models that most people mightn't otherwise know about and most importantly, were they any good?

I happen to be a big Marilyn Monroe fan and was excited to hear from a friend at Universal that there was a new documentary released about her called "Marilyn's Man." I read about it at the movie's website (www.marilynsman.com) and it looks like it's her first husband (who very recently passed away) telling the story of her life before she was famous, and her love affair with him. Seems interesting, has anyone else heard anything about this?

Hi guys, I was wondering if you could help me... See, me and my mom have watched a movie like 4 years ago and we both LOVED it... we stayed up all night watching that movie, crying our eyes out because it was so sad... The thing is that I don't know it's title and I really want to know it, so I can buy it... here's the story (forgive me, but I don't know their names) she=Girl, he=Boy, girl's father=Father, alright?: Girl meets Boy in college. They both study medicine. They fall in love. Girl's father doesn't want her to love Boy, because she has to marry someone else. Father has money, yet? hihi Alright, so Girl and Boy are in a dessert to help sick people, and Fath…

Quotes from your favorite [or least favorite] movies. Tyler Durden: Man, I see in fight club the strongest and smartest men who've ever lived. I see all this potential, and I see squandering. God damn it, an entire generation pumping gas, waiting tables; slaves with white collars. Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy shit we don't need. We're the middle children of history, man. No purpose or place. We have no Great War. No Great Depression. Our Great War's a spiritual war... our Great Depression is our lives. We've all been raised on television to believe that one day we'd all be millionaires, and movie gods, and rock stars. But…

Post or talk about scenes in films that remind you of situations in your own life. Today, I had a bittersweet separation. Somehow, watching this game me comfort. Interstellar: 3:15 Cooper lets himself go, and falls into the black hole.

So this is a thing that I have been paying attention to for a while; Do you ever just hear a song on the radio that just fits (a part of a movie) perfectly? There don't even have to be lyrics in it, just the song/rhythm itself would make a perfect soundtrack.

  23. So this cropped up recently in another topic and I thought it could make for an interesting subject in its own right. Are there any films that are actually better than the books they're based on?
