Screw them, I'm jelly too! I do not know what a butter tart is though.  I'd love to know what a snowball cookie is. 
The Almond coconut fudge sounds like heaven too.

Snowball Cookies

 

• 1 cup butter
• 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar for dusting, or as needed
• 1/4 cup finely crushed peppermint candy canes
• 

Butter Tarts

• 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup butter
• 2 cups raisins  (you can substitute sweet Cranberries, or whatever else you want)

• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
