Only parts of it. It was mostly medium, even medium well in the thinnest parts

Steak with homemade sweet potato fries (baked) & avocado.

I like my proteins to have a nice outer sear and still be juicy inside.

 

I can eat medium well when it's hot, but prefer well done.
