Skirt steak (these were really thin this time) and flat iron steak I think it's the English name for the other cut. :chicken:

Only parts of it. It was mostly medium, even medium well in the thinnest parts :chicken: 

It was still great anyway :chicken:

If you're wondering....... I moved the steak to a smaller plate. :rofl::blah:
