This was yesterday :chicken:

Skirt steak (these were really thin this time) and flat iron steak I think it's the English name for the other cut. :chicken:

    Only parts of it. It was mostly medium, even medium well in the thinnest parts :chicken: 

    It was still great anyway :chicken:

    Steak with homemade sweet potato fries (baked) & avocado. :chicken:

    I like my proteins to have a nice outer sear and still be juicy inside.
