I really don't mind her walking until she's 40!

I just want her to leave because I am bored of VS. Well frustrated at them. If VS was still the way it was in 2010, I wouldn't mind. But its getting painful having to pretend I care about them so much just because adriana works with them still.

 

Also, lets be real, I am not sure how much we would see Adriana if she left VS today. She is an older model and stuff, work probably wouldn't come AS often as it does with her being a big VS angel. I mean if she was like 27, you wouldn't have to be worried about not seeing her much. But since she is 36, you are not gonna see her as often as you do right now if she left VS tbh

 

Physically, if she is blessed to continue to age nicely she can make it to the 20th show. I just don't care because VS "can't" give her more airtime and sometimes Adriana does too much and doesn't look her best at the shows sometimes

But she's working with VS very rarely for the last two years, just shooting sometimes and now a lil more because the show is about to happen, so I don't know. Well, I gues she wouldn't disappear, I mean right now she has her TV series American Beauty Star and she still got a lot of job the last years for Calzedonia, Maybelline and stuff. I'm not sure if I wan't her to leave, I always loved the energy she brought into it, but seeing what they gave her the years after 2014 makes me think she kind of should, I just don't know  (I know she can't have a lot of spotlight anymore but at least decent outfits, which suit her more well than some feathers and pink lingerie (AKA 2015) would be nice)

Yeah, when she does work with them, it's for athletic wear and not lingerie. That's why it was a big deal when she returned to lingerie work for them. She looked damn good and blew the NA out of the water doing it too.

I can 100% see that happening. She seems like the kind of person that would stay on JUST to reach that milestone  (and there's only 3 years left now... 2 and a bit if she wraps it all up early 2020)

I love Adriana and she's ageing really well, doesn't look her age  whatsoever.

 

I wish she had a better social media strategy. At times the stuff she posts is a little cringey

She may not look her age but she IS her age. People from her time don't care that much about  social media aesthetic. Plus, I think lately she has been doing a good job, she has been racking up more likes than most angels on posts lately

 

I really hate the word "cringy". That specific word. Its often used in the wrong context these days and its not even a word. There is nothing more CRINGE WORTHY than that.

Pretty much, the phrase is "cringe worthy", which does mean embarrassing, but really young girls  always say "cringy" now, its not an actual word though

 

But lately Adriana has been posting good pictures and finally things from her portfolio and behind the scenes.  nothing embarrassing about her posts these days.

 

I think thats one of those young IG VS fans who need to hit the 100 posts mark to get into the 2017 VSFS thread here, so they are just going all over saying random things, and they are probably commenting on how her IG feed usually is/was instead of at the moment. Because there isn't shit cringy about her editorial work being posted lol

As much as I love Adriana in VS, I think that unfortunately they are not using her as before, for one side understand, since they want to divulge the NA. But I think she should get out of VS and create her own brand of lingerie like Heidi or Doutzen because she has a body to stop traffic and unfortunately VS is not the same with beautiful lingeries and outfits. Everyone loves Lima, from the youngest to the oldest, it could very well create a line of sports, lingerie and Brazilian swinwear, even because everyone loves Brazilian bikinis, it sure would be very successful and would be something wonderful. But I would like for her to win another FB before leaving VS, like closing with a golden key, since she is the oldest angel of the brand and she is tied with Heidi with 3 FB each and with one more she drums the remember as the angel who most used the FB in the history of VS, because she deserves and much !!

But how would it look though, she spent so many years and loyalty to VS and to a certain extent (mainly in the past), they were the same with her. And so, then she leaves and just makes her own brand. I remember Ed not even liking that Rosie did that, he talked about her like crap afterwards. So, I think when Adriana is done with VS, she is done with lingerie modelling and thats understandable.

Hope she will kill it with her walk like last year but i doubt that.She's a fan of the weeknd and that played a part in her walk.Pretty sure she isn't a fan of any of the new performers if the rumors are true(Harry styles,taylor swift and katty perry).Only teen music at a lingerie show

I don't even think it was the fact that she was a fan of the weeknd, tbh it seems like she became MORE of a fan after the show.

 

I think VS gave her something she could work with. In 2014 AND 2015, VS gave her slow songs to open. But 2013, they played miley cyrus and she set the runway on fire. Also, I think in 2015, she just wasn't as excited and happy like in 2016 and the other years. Thats why more than anything I am hoping SHE is excited and she has a great positive attitude about this year's show

But Doutzen was never a favorite like Adriana. The way VS treated Doutzen was the opposite of how they treated Adriana. VS doesn't give her all the great things now because they must move on and she has gotten almost everything a model can get with the exception of a swarvoski outfit. Also, Doutzen hasn't been with VS since the 90s like Adriana. Adriana has proven to herself to always be loyal to them, I just don't see her joining any other lingerie brand after them.

I noticed her eyebrows are finally shaped the way they used to be and nicely. If she keeps her haircut and get a tan, she could look more like she did in 2002 . I hope so because this was my personal fav era of Adriana

It seems that Tamara is busy with work, but I hope she will go to there. I miss Adriana and her friendship.
