I'm afraid they're gonna put Gaga in the PINK segment but I hope I'm wrong and they put Bruno Mars there.

It's just her fitting. The girls all get full hair and make up so they can film the fittings and use them in the show, for press etc. I think they film some of the inbetween segments as well. 

 

I like Lily's actual outfit but yeah.  Those wings don't suit the outfit at all. The colour and the shape of them don't flow with the look.
