well assuming that the PINK girls just walk once, we can do 80-12= 68 and divide them for the remaining girls (if we have 15 in total that will be 50-15=35)

 

This means that we have 68 outfits for 35 girls which is like 1.9 outfits per girl (some others I assume they will only have 1 outfit outside pink).

 

I don't like this tbh - I'd prefer to have 3 outfits per angel + 2 outfits for the most important girls + 1 outfit for the rest
