I can't remember which one, but one of the Angels (I think it was Romee), stated that her Angel contract was only a year long, so not really. If they barely used Kate, that would mean barely anyone except the hardcore fans would notice so it doesn't really I guess change anything. There have been I think Angels in the past with relatively short contracts, like Rosie HW (although she left on her own accord). 

I really don't want for her to leave and I don't think she is leaving. You will see, she will kill on the VS runway and I am sure they will think twice before firing her.

And VS is in desperate needs of girl who can do both HF and commercial, she is established in hf, and their only hope for crossover.

WEIRD!, well is VS so anything can happen and on the Blanca theme i really think she needs to be in the show but where would you put her? Which segment? Kate walked more shows by far as I can remember, and this is her 4th runway season, which is even more impressive. Almost all models who were top newcomers like she was in her season are barely doing any work, and she is still slaying runways.

Wait, Romee's contract is a year long or she said Kate's contract is a year long? I find it odd since a few 10 pages back, people were saying that Ed and John were crazy about Kate G. So it would seem weird that they wanted to bring her in as an Angel so badly yet drop her despite the contract not being a year yet. Is Romee's contract only a year long? That's gonna be so damn sad. Which brings me to next my question, do angels renew contract every year? Regardless of how well they're liked? Like Candice vs. Lily A. Do all of them have to renew contracts equally? Or do some have 3-4 year contracts signed in one go?

As far as I know, all the new Angels have 1 year contracts, including Elsa who I suspect signed at a different time than the other 9. Most of the time the Angel contract is 3 years though.

If I wasn't so lazy I would explain the entire contract thing but a good resume is that nope, they don't all have to resign every year.

Right now Adriana, Candice, Behati and Elsa are the only ones I'm 100% positive will make it through 2016. The other 11 are either expiring this year after the show or very early next year.

I'm really curious to see what the lineup looks like this time next year.

I'm sure they'll retain at least some of the new angels. Lais and Elsa in particular. I've heard a lot of speculation the new angels got trial contracts to see which ones could graduate to more time with the brand.

not sure about all of the Behati hate.. I do find it funny how adamant some people are about how bad Behati fans are, when those same people cannot resist the urge to continue in a similar fashion to talk about how bad those fans are.. They post about lilly.. others post about Behati fans...

 

 

I find Behati not unattractive.. she adds a different element to the line up and has been walking the show as long as Candice. She did not start dating Levine until 2012 (according to wikipedia).. So thats 5ish years of VS without Adam.

 

On that note.. I think she will be a fine candidate for the bra, hopefully she sticks with VS because in my mind with the girls coming up.. she fills Allesandras shoes while Candice will fill Adrianas..  (Though.. Adriana and Allesandra wear big shoes)

 

 

 

Oh.. and i actually prefer the bra with all of its glorious color. I thought it looked washed out before and too similar to Adrianas. I think the color fits well with the segment and cannot wait to see it on the runway!

There's no way Taylor, Sara, Behati, Romee, Jasmine or Lais are leaving next year. The last thing their brand needs to look like is flaky with angels. I don't see more than 3 girls leaving next year.

Who are we anticipating of leaving then? Kate? Stella? Jasmine??

Seems like everyone think Lais, Sara, Romee, Elsa & Taylor are strong contenders. I thought Jasmine was a strong contender too? She worked really hard to get in it seems.

And what about Alessandra, Candice and Lily A? How come no one mentioned them? Though I think Candice will absolutely survive for a decade as an angel...

My money is on Kate to go for sure. I don't think they will actually cut anymore girls, but if they do make more cuts, I think Martha, Jac and Stella are more at risk. But I think all 9 will stay for at least another year.

It was a trial, almost every Angel starts with a trial.

After the show they are filming the Swim Special and just like last year, whoever doesn't make the cut to St. Barths is probably not making the cut to 2016.
