well, fyi a bunch of them did file suits that ended in settlement. for one thing, he doesnt go all out on each one of em. he picks like ambitious young girls trying to break in, without any agency to back them up. and its not a matter of talking to police or getting a lawyer, terry is a resourceful guy, with big people backing him.

It's textbook victim blaming.

Not even remotely close to victim blaming, it's looking at both sides of the coin and not jumping to any one conclusion because there happens to be hype around the idea. Terry loves his drugs, terry loves his drink, and terry loves his naked, so no he's not totally innocent, but he's not molesting these girls lolol, He's never alone with these girls when he shoots them, there are a handful of staff standing 10 feet away at all times, and this isn't a big conspiracy to protect a single photographer and let him continue on in his sexually molesting ways... if  you believe this then I'm so sad for you.

 

I know many models personally,  veterans and newbies from out of country and not one of them has had any issues with Terry, so what gives? A whole lot of nothing.

Josie Maran, fresh faced 18 year old spent 3 days naked as the day she was born with him... not only was he awesome to work with, he made her feel very comfortable

Michea Crawford, new model to the scene when she got fully nude and hung out with him... in fact they hung out several times after work and he was nothing but fun.

Kate Upton has had zero problems working with him, in fact he's one of her favorite people to work with.

Cora Keegan, new model and she had the best time working with him, in fact she now considers him a friend.

On the other side of the coin, I worked in the industry until fairly recently and I personally know models who would under no circumstances work with him again.

And I know models who would, so I guess we're in a stand still of opinions aren't we?

There's a vast gulf between implying his accusers have an agenda, and simply listing counterexamples (which may or may not be relevant, for instance: I'm sure Jerry Sandusky hung out with plenty of boys he didn't rape). 

 

The differences should be obvious, though I would say both are in poor taste when talking about accusations of sexual assault by a public figure.
