Unfortunatelly I couldnt find the interview where Camila said she left her mother house, it was at a film festival in 2019 she participated because of her movie Mickey and the Bear, I searched on youtube and didn't find the video with her, guess it was deleted from youtube. Anyway, at some point in 2019/2020 she was not living with her mother... maybe because they sold the house, and she was living with Leo for some months or at another place while they found a new home for them, idk. I know her mother have a new house so maybe she's back living with her mom, I honestly don't know. 

 

Now I still think the same, even if Leo met her when she was teenager, still mean NOTHING  to me. As for contract, who knows? Maybe they have a contract for whatever reasons, but I guess that's not of our business, contract or no contract they are "apparently" still together, let's see what happens in the future.

Read the comments. The majority of people didn’t find this TikTok woman or her story credible. Even on the video people were questioning this woman’s story in the comments. On TikTok you can say anything, doesn’t mean it’s true. 

^See the irony? This is exactly why we had this discussion today. Because in the internet people can write and say whatever they want, truth or lie it's almost impossible to say no matter how often someone is claiming the info is "quite accurate".

That’s true. My point in sharing the Reddit comments was to share a different perspective of Leo. He’s not perfect, but I’ve never heard of him harming or mistreating women. Not in real life or in the work place. Lately I’ve been getting the impression that some people on the Internet WANT Leo to be an abuser, in order to justify their dislike of him. It’s pretty sick. 

^Agree. It's ok to dislike a celebrity but the lack of good behaviour and respect from people on most social platforms are more disgusting than anything Leo ever did allegedly.

Just posting this two article because always wondering why no one is ever talking about the fact how Leo learned being naked with teenagers in front of a camera from the very beginning, telling the world how fine and normal everything was on set because of the mature of Claire Danes for her very young age. He even kissed 13 years old Natalie Portman for a R&J screen test and god knows how many more teenagers he had to kiss we don't know of. I mean... it's a household problem made in Hollywood and sometimes I think those young actors like Leo were victims of the big hollywood studio system as well as all those young girls. Maybe not in the exact same way that's not what I'm implying but imagine back then a practically nobody Leo would've said "no I'm not kissing one single lips of these underage girls" like Claire and Natalie. Leonardo DiCaprio and Natalie Portman are both huge celebrities so many studios would want them to kiss onscreen. However, one studio hated a screen test they did together. Here’s the reason why Portman didn’t get a role in one of DiCaprio’s classic films.

Today, DiCaprio and Portman both have well-known romantic roles under their belts. DiCaprio played romantic leads in the period pieces Titanic and The Great Gatsby. DiCaprio didn’t become a romantic lead until he starred in Baz Luhramann’s Romeo + Juliet. In the film, he played Romeo Montague. According to BuzzFeed, Portman was considered for the role of Juliet, however, it ultimately went to Claire Danes. During an interview, Portman explained why she didn’t appear in the film.

 

“It was a complicated situation and it had to do with at the time I was 13 and Leonardo was 21 and it wasn’t appropriate in the eyes of the film company or the director Baz [Luhrmann],” Portman said. “And it was kind of a mutual decision that it just wasn’t going to be right at the time and I think the film came out really, really beautifully and Claire Danes did a really, really beautiful job. It just wasn’t the right time, you know?”

 

In a separate interview with The New York Times, Portman went into greater detail about how people at 20th Century Fox were upset when they saw her kiss DiCaprio in a screen test. “Fox said it looked like Leonardo DiCaprio was molesting me when we kissed,” Portman said. Around the same time, she also turned down the title role in an adaptation of Vladimir Nabokov’s Lolita because it dealt with underage sexuality.

How casting a younger actress would have stayed true to William Shakespeare’s play — and offended modern sensibilities

Shakespeare penned Romeo and Juliet over 400 years ago. Obviously, cultural standards have changed significantly over that span of time. In the play , Juliet is 13 years old. Over the course of the play, she falls in love and gets married.

 

It’s not clear how old Romeo is supposed to be, however, it’s no longer culturally acceptable or legal for a 13 year old to get married in many countries. Casting a young Portman in the part would reflect the text of the play, however, it would make many people very uncomfortable by promoting a retrograde attitude toward marriage.

 

Some adaptations of Romeo and Juliet try to remove this dated element from the story. For example, Taylor Swift’s “Love Story” is loosely based on the play and doesn’t mention Juliet’s age. Romeo + Juliet doesn’t either, which makes sense. After all, it’s a modernization of the story — and it reflects modern values.

Those were different times for sure... today an underage actress wouldn't be paired with an adult actor, but the past can't be changed so it's useless do dicuss this now, tbh. And nowadays we know this is not accepeted anymore so end of story.

 

Now back to Leo's personal life, love life, the truth is Leo will never be able to please everyone because that's basically IMPOSSIBLE, so it's a lost war and he must do whatever makes him happy, the only person he needs to please is himself, what other people think of his personal life, of his looks, his choices, etc is not important. Sure, it would be cool to see him dating a woman closer to his age, out of his  "model pattern" and start a family, sure it would, I won't deny it would be a joy for this fan here, but only IF HE WANTED THIS. And since idk what he TRULY wants for his life, I will be happy for him with whatever he decides.

What I tried to say is that experiences from the past -bad and good ones- can emboss us til today and it's sometimes hard to let pattern go especially when they seemed totally fine for so many years. And I guess Leo is always surrounded by young women who wants something from him. In other words being admired by young girls is normal for him since -I don't know- the early stages of his fame. It's just part of his daily life so what make us wonder sometimes is probably nothing special for him at all.

 

I'm watching Entourage right now, which some people are claiming based losely of Leos life back in the pussy posse days but more likely on Mark Wahlbergs early expierences in Hollywood since he produced the show (plus lots of Leos friends are in this show). Leos name is mentioned several times already - like almost every celeb + tons of huge cameos from James Cameron to U2 & Scarlett Johansson (I'm only at season 2). However it's interesting to get an idea of how hollywood works. And Adrian Grenier is cute.
