At this point it seems like Gravity will win

I'm also not surprised he didn't win I'm just glad it's over and done with... Matthew was the clear front runner from the get go.

Yeah Gravity was snatching up all the awards like a bandit, but 12 years was always the favorite to win Best Picture.

Wolf may not have gotten any Oscars but The Great Gatsby got 2 (which of course Leo starred in) so all is good.

I'm sure these things don't affect leo alot, and i know he knows he's well respected and didn't need the Oscar....but still no matter who you are it sucks to always loose

Poor Leo. 

At least he got the GG award, the Critics choice, and that People's Choice so he got a good taste of winning this year. Plus at least he got nominated for 2 Oscars this year... it's been 7 years since he was last nominated for one.

Yes poor Leo, but this is one of the very few years I did not feel he got robbed

Poor babe leo he was the best mathew was great but leo was better and his role was sooo unique&special

I don't respect the oscars seriously what the heck gravity won everything this movie was bad

^hmmmm i actually thought this was his best among his Oscar nominated roles! but I'm sure Mathews was well deserved as well, it's funny seeing all these leo fans straight up hatin on maconahay lol

like i said the nominations were awesome, and he won some awesome awards, and its obviously more respected career wise than Matthew...but that almost makes the loss even worse. No matter how awesome you are it sucks to loose

I actually wasnt even expecting Leo to be nominated this year, mainly because at the beginning Leo was only getting into comedy categories and after not seeing Leo nominated in the main critics choice category and only in the comedy one while Bale got in the main AND comedy.... It looked to me like he wouldn't get nominated. So I'm just glad he was. If he wasnt nominated then id be pissed.

also if leo had won, the jokes wouldn't have stopped, they would have just found another thing to make fun of/meme. the internet will always love leo, regardless of and Oscar or not!

So I guess now we have to look out for after party pics. He was really low key for the pre parties but he'll probably make an appearance at a party...

He's reportedly going to be Rasputin in the next Spielberg film.
