This is not a complain, just sharing a little bit of my life. Sometimes, people question, that model life is easy, and that's wrong, we work as hard as any other individual. Today I had 10 hours of work day, shooting with a very bad cold, coughing no stop and a massive headache. That did not stopped me on doing what I love. I finished, went to airport, to comeback home to see my 2 princesses. Arriving there, my flight was over 3 hours delayed. I fly from NYC to Miami. Just waked home 2am. Happy to be here. And wanted to share the face of a hard working model, and share that I am not the only one that works this hard. Thank you. And I hope my message don't get misunderstand. Love u all

Agree, I hate that some people STILL manage to somehow to take it the wrong way even though what she said was well written. But then again thats people on social media for you.

Well ofcourse when dailymail puts it like that.

 

 I can't stand seeing people be rude and ugly to an unnecessary degree. I hate people like that and I can't even stand reading what people like them have to say.

 

As I said before, Its pointless because there are people in this world, especially those who are poor/not as fortunate that think the world owes them everything to the point where they can't even try to see her side of things. Some people shouldn't react the way they do because its not like adriana didn't even write it the way she did. It was NOT a rant. It wasn't even in her usual caps. She was clearly talking to a certain audience.

 

I honestly think that its sad she can't even voice her opinion or feelings pretty much. People constantly try to unrightfully silence her.

I didn't see anything rude or wrong in what these people said, and i'm agree with them. She better didin't write that and complain about her life, because in fact she does not even know what is that to work. And to work for a song & to make ends meet - that's very hard. Yes, she was lucky to be discovered and she became famous and rich, but that's another story. But to complain about the fact that you work for 10 hours (which happens once in half a year, maybe, if not less) just staying and smiling in front of the camera (I'm not talking about other nice bonuses that others just dream to have/try) and during that time you had just a cold which doesn't happen to you every week AND to receive for that very very good money AND to travel all around the world for free - it's offensive to the people who really do work and know the value of money.

The world is full of bitter people.  Adriana went out of her way to make it clear she's not trying to offend anyone.  She's just saying what goes on in her line of work and in no way debunked the hard work people in other professions go through. What she's addressing is 100% correct!  People think models walk in their expensive clothes all day with campaign in one hand while they act all diva-ish and command people around,  oh and they just stand their while the photographer takes a hundred picture of them in  minutes then they go back to their fabulous lives where men serenade them and women envy them.

Adriana is the exception but some of these models have it really bad.  Flying from city to city living in motels and having to end up doing fashion week where they pay you in clothes.  Or standing for hours on end when you're a designers fit model..again, no pay. Or what about some of the harsh weather conditions some of them have to work in. Modeling can also be toxic to one's self esteem what with having people telling you everything is wrong with you body.

Like I said,  Adriana doesn't have it that bad at all, but some people have a very delusional view about the lifestyle of models and find it hard to separate their personal lives from their job which is basically having to sell a fantasy.

What's  the world if people can't say how bad working with a nasty cold is? Smdh

Exactly and its not even like Adriana is one of the models on IG that flaunts her lifestyle. She doesn't show when she is on vacation AT ALLShe barely shows her work even LOL. Like it would be so different. IF adriana didn't go out her way to say she isn't trying to disregard other people's problems. IF Adriana was one of the models whose lives look, what fans calls "goals" on IG. First off I am sure adriana was talking to people who just constantly bring that shit up.

 

When adriana says she is sad: You are a rich model, shut up.

That time when that thing happened with her mom: You are a rich model, shut up.

When Adriana first posted about being sick (the reason she probably made that post anyway: You are a rich model, shut up.

Adriana finally counters that and in the most respectful way tries to show people her life is more than what they think it is. : You are a rich model shut up.

That is their response to everything thats not modelling related

I don't see how anybody, especially who is a fan of adriana agrees with them, because these people don't give a damn. They are just bitter. It doesn't matter what the hell Adriana talks about, that is what they will always say if she isn't giving them an attractive photo to look at..Like I said they are really just trying to silence her (again because she is a model) and that snot cool at all, that is actually a form of violence.

I didin't notice that i agreed of every world the people were writing (see idiot model, dump little rich girl, cry me a river and other really rude thing that i've just discovered reading till the end all comments) but in general they were right. She didn't want to be misunderstood (namely offended) but in fact she was. That her pic with description was posted on a ukranian and russian news sites and she got a lot of shit too.

I'm her fan, but i won't sing her praises just because she looks pretty, or blind eye to some of her foolish or inappropriate antics and write here: well, at least she looks hot!

It's so cool how you agree with everyone and everything when the entire feed of comments is filled of how gorgeous she looks and when someone, just one person, writes something else than compliments to her and criticizes her for something or just writes that she isn't so beatiful as other say (because the tastes differ) you spring to him and starts to deffend her from every angle. She is a public person. She wrote that on insta and got responses imho objective ones (again, besides the idiots who taped a shit of offensive replics), still don't see anything wrong about that.

Since when?? I don't look at good comments on regular photos of her and like talk about it. I have never once here or anywhere agreed to people saying she looked nice in her comments. I have always said IG commenters, good and bad are shit. Thats always been my thoughts so why would I have ever agreed with them on anything.

 

I am going to spring to her defense when its wrong(and because I can). In this case, it was wrong. They aren't right. If they "misunderstood" which you even admit they did, they are not right. They are wrong.  People blew what she said out of proportion. They always do. At the end of the day, you and whoever else just want her to be silenced. It does not matter what adriana does or how much money she makes, if she isn't feeling well and had a long day, she should be allowed to say that. Who are you or anybody else is to say she can't. Just because she makes millions. Saying that she should always shut up just because of that is fuckery. Especially the way she chose to put that. Adriana is constantly told she shouldn't speak on anything and like I said I am sure thats why she made the post anyway. I seriously think its wrong as hell to constantly do that to somebody. Half of this is not only because I am a fan but I took a 300 level anthropology course on this kind of culture, so I see it deeper than you. And as I said before its even more annoying because they say the shit when she is feeling down, when she only said she had a cold. They say the exact same shit. IDK what in the world ya'll think adriana is but clearly not a person.

 

Like others said those people are bitter and envious. And they gonna stay that way. Thats why they are that way. Why? Because they aren't right.
