October 5, 20204 yr The after party dress wasn't too bad, and I liked the boots with that but I wish they just went right above the knee, not as high as they are. You gave good explanation of why you liked it, and I do agree it fit the theme. I really don't understand or like the face covering thing, I think it would've been better if it was red to match the boots or just not there at all. I'm also not fond of trains unless it's a big dress, like a big puffy ballgown style dress like Oscar de la Renta style dress. I like Lily better is more chill things like the first picture, or more plain. I love that she took a chance and wore the weird boots and face thingy, and I'm glad you and the other people on here like it, but I just prefer more laid back styles. I like looking at HF and laughing to myself how bizaar and ugly some of the clothes are and thinking "who the hell would wear this?", so seeing one of my favorite models wearing weird stuff just makes me go

Even if models aren't paid to attend the Met Gala it is a huge deal in terms of being acknowledged by the fashion and media communities. That's one of the steps to becoming a household name in fashion. The others seem to be an American Vogue cover ( which I don't think Lily has had ) as well as Vogue Paris cover and alas having millions of instagram followers ( which really shouldn't matter ) along with being featured in Sports Illustrated magazine and/or Victoria's Secret fashion show. I know Lily likes to wear more simple, streamlined designs and focus on more impact in makeup ( and accessories, like the fish clutch 🤣🐟 ). She actually looks good with a purple lip, I think due to her darker eyes and hair. I've noticed some models and " celebrities " trying to pull off purple lipstick and they usually fail really badly. Also I think Lily is very mindful of her image, remember how in the youtube video on Met Galas she imparted she really didn't like Derek Blasberg taking a picture of her with her bodysuit visible. And the picture was auctioned off and she wasn't in control of that. Lily is definitely a family woman, not one to pose topless or with cigarettes. I respect her for that.

I love when she wears purple lipstick!!! It does look amazing on her, but not so much on many others....at least no one I can think of off the top of my head. I'm not a fan of smokey eyes on anyone as I prefer simple eyes and a loud lip color, but Lily does look pretty in a lot of different makeup looks. Her face is just perfect for makeup or no makeup, although I think she looks better with no makeup. She has great skin and great facial features.

I thought a keyboard warrior was someone who yelled at other people to defend opinions or a person. I was just saying I don't care for Joan. not a big deal, IMO. I'm glad you said something because it was bothering me because I don't want to make anyone mad, but I could not figure out why what I was said was a big enough deal to warrant an angry response and be told "no one asked for your opinion". No one EVER asks for any of our opinions on here, and we still give them, so I don't have any idea why I got singled out. I like Lily by herself, I'd rather no other models, not even ones I like be with her. I don't like group shots, I like single individual models by themselves. Lily is so gorgeous, I'd rather just be able to focus on her and not get distracted by other models, especially ones I don't like.
