As to why anybody would photoshop such a picture, that should be obvious. People want to fantasize about hot celebs doing such things like in that photo. You can literally google fake nude photos with any celebrities name, and you will find tons of photoshopped photos of that celebrity doing various sexual acts. It’s nothing new, and such photos have been around for years.
