yeah i actually own that bra, and it is very much made like that and my boobs are much like candice's lol.Now the bra shape does make more sense

I have a genuine question, at this point is VS still "pushing" candice or is this just favoring her now. I mean they always favored her obviously but I always felt like the opportunities she had in the past was more so to keep getting her name out there for VS and to give her more press. Or is this like thanking her for giving them permission to plaster her everywhere

 

It's VS trying to make Candice a star, and failing miserably at it.

 

Seriously VS should just quit the whole Angel concept, is not working anymore. I can only imagine how low they will go once Adriana, Alessandra & Doutzen leave, just judging by how it when after Gi & Heidi left ...

I feel like its a stretch giving her the fantasy bra though. But then again it makes sense, it brings in press and she has to do big interviews and such and may finally make a headline for them besides that one unfortunate time.

 

It makes sense that its to get candice out there more but I don't ever think they used the Fantasy bra for those kinds of purposes..

 

I don't think they should stop the angel concept . Just get better ones, not saying gisele them are replaceable but there are better than what they have now out there I believe that VS could get if they actually tried. I feel like Just like with everything else they are not trying

Agreed with everything you said. VS is definitely trying hard to make Candice a star but it's really not working. I can't even.

I'm really curious about what happened with Erin though. She was the go-to girl along with Candice, she was everywhere and then she just suddenly stopped working for them at all, I don't recall this happening since Gisele, the girls usually start to slow down little by little and then just fade and go MIA from VSAA but this is completely different.

 

Marisa, Selita, Izabel, Rosie & Chanel they all started working less and less every time until VS just stopped using them. It's just weird

Alessandra is still confirmed for the show though, i have no idea of how long she has left on her contract but we know for sure she'll walk this year again ... Erin, not so much, other than a mention in Esquire Mexico (that did not have the facts right anyway on her VS work BTW) there's absolutely no news on if she will even be walking the show.

 

But she hasn't shot for them in months and any vacation can be this long.

Actually It happened to Stephanie Seymour back in the late 90's. Not I am not sure the exact details but, either her & VS couldn't come to a contract agreement or she breached her contract, so VS had to pay their associates OT to remove all marketing of her including tags that had her picture on them This all happened out of nowhere. I think since then VS has been more cautious and proactive.

I posted a few pages back a tweet from Ben Watts saying he would see her soon with a VS hashtag, but also had a CottonOn hashtag, and I know thats a different brand and erin was shooting with Ben and them a week or so ago too, so IDK    I don't know if it was a mistake on bens part and just threw it in there or what..

I imagine if her look wasn't bringing in money, they wouldn't have Erin 2.0. Just guessing but it seems logical to me. -shrug-

^ It not just about looks. It is also about personality, and how well someone represents & promotes the brand.

Ben Watts has been working with Erin a lot for the Cotton collection stuff or whatever. It isn't VS related.

 

The first signs of Erin potentially leaving was her getting cut from the BBV commercial, and then the weight gain (also around that time). IMO I think she wanted more money or a salary upgrade (after all, she has been with them since 2009!), but they refused to grant it. I think that amy have something to do with her getting cut from the commercial and then being 'unenthusiastic' at the BBV launch a few months ago.

 

Anyone else notice how Erin has been extremely active on Instagram posting about other jobs? She kept posting pictures of the Cotton campaign and then global citizen stuff. Perhaps to counter her losing VS - Miranda is doing something similar now too.

I think Erin could very well be pulling an Izabel: Do VS for a little, get everything you can out of them and then leave while you're still young enough to make it with other brands.

 

Maybe she realized that there wasn't nothing more for her to get there and figured it was better to leave now

Although pretty much everyone and their momma even myself thought Behati would get it the fb this year I still had a feeling it would most likely end up being Candice because lbr VS has did everything and beyond to shove her down people throats  promoter her and they couldn't have another segment in the show of them re re re introducing her and she has already open the show before so the fb it was  <_<.

 

I actually like the fb colors and design, I mean its not all that but def a step up from previous bras, but for some reason it looks like its about to fall off Candice in any second. Her body is usually on point but she is looking a bit frail in those pics and they know damn well they could have done something better to her hair.

I don't like how the fb looks in candice is to much gold everywhere, gold hair, gold skin, gold fb, she would look better in silver or they could have dye her hair darker it would have look better or giving to a brunette that fb. It would look so much nicer on barbara palvin but she's no angel.
