January 29, 20178 yr I refuse to allow my neighbors pitt-bull puppy to be outdoors when it's this cold. Putting her out for 20 mins is one thing, keeping her out 23.5 hours a day and ignoring her most of that time is a big ole NOPE. Lily can sleep/stay inside my house till they move.
