MattLoveModels
I dont get TV on the Radio's appeal. Can someone educate me on why they are so praised?
Michael*
I think the critics are into them because it's hard to pin them down to a single genre. But I can't really speak too much from experience, I've only heard like 3 or 4 songs of theirs.
Max_god1
Mogwai -The hawk is howlingKings of Leon- only by the night thievery corporation _ radio retaliation tv on the radio - dear science i heard that cold war kids had release a new one, but can't find it in canada and the reviews seem average, anyone gave it a spin? I'm not sure if it's out yet but I did see one great review of it recently. 'Loyalty to Loyalty' I think it's called. What did you think of the new TV On The Radio one? I love the album though, I've got some serious soul-searching to do while I decide whether this one or MGMT is my favourite of the year

thats haute
oh, and how could i possibly forget Oh wow, what's this one like? fantastic, i think when i first got it, even when i was tired of listening to it, i couldn't stop listening... if that makes sense Ion Square and Trojan Horse are the best songs on the album (in my opinion ) they've started experimenting with more of an electronic and big beat sound influenced by dummer matt tong good examples can be heard in Mercury and Flux, which is not on this album so if you have heard bloc party before, this album is a good bit different from older songs (Y) (Y)
