The one on the left might be Luciana Curtis. The one on the right looks tip-of-the-tongue familiar, but I can't place her.

I have scanned this catalog (all but the shoe pages), and would be happy to upload them, if someone wants them, hopefully to improve the individual images, which I don't have the skills to do, and repost in individual model pages. Each image is about 25 MB.
