It's a major struggle to count the female characters who aren't completely exaggerated, generic or over-sexualised on more than the fingers of one hand, and I say that as a gaming fan of many years. There is one, however, who'll always occupy a place in my list of all-time favourites. Alyx Vance (Half-Life 2) She's about as fantastic as video game characters get.

Apparently, it's an early June release for the Arctics album. Wasn't overly keen on 'Brick By Brick' when I first heard it, but 'Don't Sit Down' sounds pretty great.
