I'm inclined to agree. The lack of numbers in the Barca squad is becoming quite evident now, what with Pedro and Villa looking fairly off colour lately. Madrid are looking good going forward at the moment and will have the luxury of having three forwards (assuming Ronaldo starts as a lone striker) on the the bench alongside a somewhat resurgent Kaka, while Guardiola will have, erm, Milito and Jeffren. I could see Mourinho really taking advantage of Barca's defensive shortcomings, provided they get enough possession going over the two legs. It'll be another tight game, but I think Real start as the favourites.

BioShock Infinite
Funny you should mention that actually, having played through and really enjoyed the section in which the plasmids switch at random intervals, I'd given some thought to playing the first game again with all the weapons that I hadn't previously cared to use much. Although I've started on the second game now, so that'll have to wait a while.

Doctor Who
It was mentioned at one point that the Doctor first met River when she was a kid, and River strongly hints that she eventually kills him, if I'm remembering it right. It was also revealed a while back that the astronaut is someone we've met before, so the first part would probably make sense. The second part is just pure guesswork on my part and most likely completely wide of the mark.

Doctor Who
Found the first 15 minutes rather slow, but it got better as it went on and the remaining however-many minutes went by in a flash. Nice to see that the time honoured Doctor Who tradition of scaring young kids half to death at 6 in the evening is alive and well. My prediction... *Waits to be proved completely wrong*

Oh man, that's very sad to hear. When I got into 'Dear Science' I kicked myself for not giving TVotR a shot sooner. Here's the song that really caught my attention...

Doctor Who
Not sure if Elisabeth's spin-off show 'The Sarah Jane Adventures' ever made it across the pond, but it was being shown on Children's BBC as recently as this year, so this news came as quite a shock. Very sad to hear.

More great stuff from this week's Jools show - it's been way too long since I've heard those harmonies.

The anticipation is killing me all the more for reading about that. The solo EP Alex recorded for the recent movie 'Submarine' was criminally underrated.

Man finds Kate Middleton-lookalike jelly bean A 25-year-old accountant has found Kate Middleton's face in a jelly bean. Yep. Wesley Hosie and his girlfriend, Jessica White, noticed that a mango bean in the jar they had purchased from the Jelly Bean Factory featured an uncanny resemblance to Prince William's future bride, the Telegraph reports. "As Jessica opened the jar, I saw her immediately. She was literally lying there staring back at me," Hosie said. And the pair immediately saw an opportunity in their blessed jelly bean. "Given that the royal wedding is only a few weeks away, we hope to make a few pounds out of it by selling it on the internet to a collector." The couple plan to sell it on eBay for 500 pounds (approximately $815), though considering one of Middleton's old dresses sold for $125,000 and the Royal Wedding frenzy is in full force, we believe they can garner a good deal more for the bean than that. Of course, there’s a possibility that Hobie and White are pulling a fast one here. But we’d like to believe the jelly bean is real, if only because no fairytale is complete without some kind of magical food item. Great Idea Joe! Gucci - 2 I wholeheartedly recommend watching this one without the sound - the unintentionally funny dancing is even funnier that way. Not completely without its charms (the lighting and the bottle are great, as Vanessa already mentioned) but not exactly subtle either. Lóreal - 1.5 Slick but also incredibly bland. Minus points too for Cheryl's voice, which sounds like a geordie doing an impression of a geordie. Her accent grates on me like nobody's business, and that's speaking as someone born within 15 miles of where she grew up. :yuckky: - The best face of fashion
