And of course, special congratulations to Lionel Messi, who got to play in the same Argentine side as the great Santiago Vergini last night. No doubt he's pinching himself!
  2. More casting news for 'Captain America 3'. Perhaps Niki Lauda will get his revenge on James Hunt after all.
  3. Erin Heatherton [1] Nadine Leopold [1]

Loser of tonight's game has to keep Phil Bardsley.

Tend to agree that the show has taken a turn for the formulaic and is somewhat past its prime, but it's still watchable and capable of delivering the odd cracker. After ten seasons, that's a pretty difficult thing to pull off. I must say, although I hadn't really envisaged Jennifer being a particularly good fit for the show, I think the main problem is the dullness of her character. Kate isn’t so much a person as a mix-up of random backstories, all of which are such well-trodden ground in the genre that she comes off as uninteresting. The constant chopping and changing of female cast members doesn’t help.

Lovely updates, thanks to all for posting. Stumbled upon this nice little write-up about Karlie just now. 'Tis worth checking out. http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/fashion/features/karlie-kloss-too-good-to-be-true-9855823.html

Here's the first full-length scene from the show, in 'sneak peek' form.
  8. The stories they’re telling these days feel so much stronger and far more confident, I'd go so far as to say that the show has turned into one of the highlights of my TV calendar. Clark Gregg is getting the chance to show a few different layers too, which is great. His increasingly unhinged version of Phil is such a nice change of pace for the character. Although I get the feeling that this whole 'carving glyphs into the wall' thing could start to wear a bit thin after a while. Hopefully they don't try to drag it out too much.

Oh Channel 4, you used to treat your US shows so well. Last year, for reasons best known to themselves, they put Agents of SHIELD on hiatus for months while the Winter Soldier connection was almost completely lost, and now it would seem they've no interest in picking up Agent Carter for the UK. Almost makes me wish Sky had gotten hold of the Marvel stuff show instead, they would have bought into the continuity the same way they have with Arrow and Flash.

Should be interesting to see what's classed as a win here for Moyesey. You'd think European qualification or perhaps a bit of silverware would be the endgame (clearly, Sociedad lack the resources to compete at the very top), but since he couldn't manage either of those things at United, it seems like something of a stretch to expect it of him now. Still, I think we're all looking forward to the inevitable interview where he speaks English with a bad Spanish accent.

Great thrill to see Gemma back on the cover of Vogue. If they'd only stop paying their Photoshop department by the hour. :persuazn:
  14. Trailer #2 just dropped. A few more cool shots, a bit more creepy Ultron dialogue. http://youtu.be/fk24PuBUUkQ
  15. No more Bregje? Shanina Shaik [8] Josephine Skriver [9]

We can get a robotic spacecraft to touch down on the surface of a comet moving at 30000mph, but we still can't get Jozy Altidore to kick a leather sphere into his opposition's net. Conspiracy?
  17. Sorry, but someone's already registered that username. Is there another username you would like?
  18. New clips and behind-the-scenes footage (soon to be released as a bonus feature on the 'Guardians' DVD) have been leaked, showing some of the cast in action as well as Whedon and Feige sharing on-set experiences. http://youtu.be/3uMYRGT6JWA

  20. The search function is being a bit temperamental at the moment. Please bear with us, we're working on it! If all else fails, try typing the name of your model followed by 'Bellazon' into Google. In the meantime, Sabrina Iofredda can be found here.
  21. Afraid not, squire. If you repeatedly broke the rules, you would of course end up being banned from the forum, but any and all content created prior to that point would remain intact. As would your profile.

  23. I'd probably err on the side of giving Elba the benefit of the doubt on that part, although there's no question that he chose his words rather poorly. It seemed like his intention was more to emphasise how much he was affected by playing Nelson Mandela (and how he couldn't shake it off afterwards) than to complain about being in 'Thor'. Still, for what it's worth, being suspended from a harness and acting out a scene where you single-handedly take down a spaceship sounds like bloody excellent fun to me.
