This is how the sausage is made. It's not very pretty. Remember that many of the VS models went through phases during which they looked unhealthily thin. Candice went through several such periods.

I am late to the party but I genuinely think this is one of the best shows Netflix has ever produced. Well-acted but especially very well written. I am only done with season one so far, so still two finished seasons to go.
