I actually dont know how to make a motion avatar but I requested one in the Avatar and Signature Request Thread in General Talk. I just posted the link of the youtube video I wanted the avatar of and someone was kind enough to make one for me.

Just post in that thread requesting the avatar you want from any youtube video and post that link as well
