Based on these MLS images, it definitely looks like the area where the fires destroyed homes. Considering the size of the home, I'm surprised how small the lot is with barely any room between the neighboring homes. But then again, I'm not familiar with Cali real estate. And if you overlay that location with the official Palisades Fire map, it looks like their sold home got hit. https://www.fire.ca.gov/incidents/2025/1/7/palisades-fire

Hopefully, they moved out before the home was sold. It does however make you wonder why they sold the home they had just moved into it last year, and it was to be there forever home to raise their child/children. Prior to LA, they were living in Nashville (where I think Taylor Hill still resides). I'm sure many of us are now curious what's going on; time will tell. Good discussion.
