I concur. Print is now obsolete, so the SI Swim edition can no longer compete when you can see IG models, like Mel, without the editorial middle-man. Mel 24/7 via IG vs. one print edition per year... the choice is simple. And the prestige of being featured in SI Swim is fading now that the publication is propaganda for DEI candidates as opposed to the embodiment of the ideal looking woman. Same could be said for VS and VSFS. SI Swim used to launch supermodels' careers: Elle, Heidi, etc. Now, they just feature a very loose definition of "models".

On 2nd thought, Mel shouldn't do SI Swim. They'll just figure out a way to make her look bad, if it's even possible for Mel to look bad.

What we need is an annual swimsuit edition of Bikini Lovers released at the same time as SI Swim. Thank goodness for Bikini Lovers: consistent high quality sexy shoots of high quality sexy models. None of this DEI BS. IMO, Bikini Lovers is the antithesis of SI Swim. Can I get an amen?

By far the best things about this year's issue are the comments on this thread. SI Swim won't reach pinnacle status until they feature an AI robot in a bikini! 🤖

I actually wouldn't mind that. Haven't kept up with her, but she looked good from her Barstool Sports days.

With the direction SI Swim has been heading the last few years, Mel is too hot and does not meet the body positivity/inclusion requirements that the majority of SI "models" are today, especially after today's issue launch.

@SympathysSilhouette Cousins I would assume. Perhaps even nieces, but I'm not aware that Mel has any siblings.
