I like that a Limer quote from January gets something going now. Although I agree with these two, there is nothing wrong with not liking a show. If you don't like it and don't want to give it another try, that's fine. I can't think of an example right now, but I'm sure there are shows I don't like which many people enjoy a lot. Some people just disagree on what they like.

My initial thoughts: - I feel comfortable saying this is the best Spider-Man movie. It has been a while since I have seen the Tobey trilogy, maybe the first one can compete with this one for me, but I don't think so. - It was weird seeing the Sony/Columbia stuff at the beginning of what is really a Marvel Studios movie. - I think they did a good job combining the superhero aspects with the dealing with being a teenager aspects, better than anything I can think of. - Funny post-credit scene made me laugh.

I'm not sure what I think of Cara as an actress, I guess I need more information to work with. She is still early in her career, so it will probably take more roles for me to form an opinion. I don't think Valerian will have an impact + or –, at least for me. I hope she continues to get work because I normally enjoy her in talk show interviews. She is usually fun.
