I was wondering about this because when I was reading, hearing and seeing different things about different eras of modeling and seeing things different from what I always thought. I never realized that many models from prior eras were like celebs are today, at mainstream red carpet events, real household names. My view of modeling was always that you had to date an actor, director, athlete or singer to get that type of visibility . But it seems that it was not always so. People knew the "trinity" (Evangelista, Turlington, Naomi) along with others...for themselves and that is somewhat of a foreign concept to me. Okay, so I made this topic because I love Fashion Week. And I thought this would be a good place to discuss it. (The models, designers, clothes, or just general information about it.) But, Yeah, so New York Fashion Week ended last night. (It started on the 7th) And today London Fashion Week just launched. I'm so excited! I've already seen some images and stuff from the Bora Asku show. Paris FW starts on the 27th. & Milan FW starts on the 21st. Even though I'm British, I should love London FW the most. Ever saw an awsome picture of your favorite model/actress with another person who was just MEH? Well I see them all the time and wanted to do something about it. So I've began to do modifications to the photo's to make them what I wanted. As an example: I saw this picture of Isabeli and Eva... Eva I can't stand... sooooo TA DA! An improved version of the picture with Adriana Karembeu Please feel free to add your own photo manipulations, or request for one to be made. It could take me awhile to make the photo, and I can't promise it'll come out perfectly, but please give me or anyone else who'd like to take a crack at it some time. Thank you!
