B) By contrast, actresses always go by their First and Last names, even if they are internationally famous plus have a unique First name (e.g., Salma Hayek, Alyson Hannigan, Demi Moore, Paz Vega, etc.). I'll note that Terry Farrell was usually credited as "Farrell" when she modelled, but when she switched to acting she was always listed in the credits as "Terry Farrell".
July 7, 20214 yr Haha funny, @Jim T I have always suspected the reason is very often simply that their last names are crazy hard to pronounce and/or spell. LOL. Obviously not in all cases, I'm pretty sure it's their agencies that decide what they will be called for artistic, "coolness factor" reasons... it just sounds cool and mysterious right? 😆 SUCKS for us trying to figure out who they are though lol.
