I can't explain exactly what is happening because I am not from Espirito Santo, and in my city the media isn't saying much about it. But from what I read police are on strike due to precarious work situation (low salary, lack of materials and etc.), with this thugs are taking to the streets of the city and hurting innocent people.
The situation there really is VERY dangerous, sad to see.  I hope Candice stays safe at home, or leaves the city, even the locals are scared.

Oh I read about that does she live there ? Very frightening I hope she leaves or stay safe
