Yeah, I have a friend who lives in Espírito Santo and that's what is happening. Very sad. If Candice is there, she actually should wait a little and doesn't leave now, because it can be more dangerous (my friend doesn't leave her house for three days). The brazilian army are on their way to Espírito Santo right now to help. Some of the soldiers are already there, but until now, the situation is the same. Chaos...
