Normally with the MP3 players i just plug them in and do the rest. Apple, they need itunes, and then buy it , or change the .mp4 bla bla bla............ so much drama. Destiny Posted August 3, 2007 Share Posted August 3, 2007 Maybe you need to restart your ipod My ipod has done that to me before too Try this: On the top of the ipod there should be a hold button, push it to the right so you can see the orange part of it leave it there for 5 sec. Then switch it back to normal. Then hold the center button + menu at the same time, until an apple shows on the screen wait and it should reload again then you can plug it back in to your computer.
