Sacha Baron Cohen Signs Deal With FX to Bring Back ‘Da Ali G Show’ on FXX

 

If you were waiting for the day that Sacha baron Coen would bring back Da Ali G Show, well your wait is now over. According to a report in The Hollywood Reporter, the Borat star has signed a first-look deal with FX that would bring back his cult hit television show Da Ali G Show to FX’s new sister comedy network FXX.

Right now FX is trying expand it’s brand and so far it’s been pretty successful in making FXX the comedy hub of the FOX networks. Adding Da Ali G Show to the lineup will only help raise awareness about the still relatively new FXX channel as well as boost ratings with fans of the original Da Ali G Show flocking to it’s new home.

The deal with FX is for both new and old episodes of Da Ali G Show as FX would have the rights to air previously unaired episodes of the show as well as get first-look at new episodes that Cohen pens for a revived version of the show that will be called Ali G: Rezurection.

Fans of the show are rejoicing but so is FX as they’ve seemingly come out of nowhere to strike what could end up being a deal that furthers the brand of FXX and helps it pop with current viewers of the network as well as new ones coming for Ali G.

Justin Bieber Allegedly Spotted at Brothel in Brazil: Report

Justin Bieber, is that you? During his downtime from gearing up to perform in Brazil, the "Heartbreaker" singer has allegedly been spending his off hours at a brothel. According to the New York Post's Page Six (and several photos), the 19-year-old singer was reportedly trying to sneak out of a brothel on Friday, Nov. 1.

In the photos, Bieber is supposedly seen leaving the popular brothel Centauros in Rio de Janeiro while trying to cover up underneath a bed sheet. Page Six claims that the "Boyfriend" singer and a friend were inside the sex den for three hours, and when he came out to leave his bodyguards began to spray water at photographers.

But, did the photographers stop taking pictures? Nope! In fact, the Post reports that Bieber was escorted into the back seat of a car while two ladies from the brothel were then spotted getting escorted into a separate vehicle on its way back to the singer's hotel. (A rep for Bieber has no comment.)

The incident is just the latest shocking alleged situation connected to Bieber. Just last month, the "Never Say Never" entertainer was accused of assaulting DJ Michael Woods' tour manager, Alex Madden, in mid-October during a night out at a club in South Korea. Bieber allegedly threw a cheap shot at Madden after a heated exchange began after the young star requested hip hop music to be played.

Justin Bieber Get Hit By a Water Bottle

It’s been a hell of a week for Justin Bieber. First that Panamanian prostitute totally kissed, told, and then told some more about the “papacito’s” semen. And then Bieber got caught leaving a Brazilian brothel on Friday, only to be given away by that goddamn wrist tattoo. But things got worse at Saturday’s concert in Sao Paolo when the medium-sized dick turned into a huge dick when he was hit in the face with a water bottle.

According to The Telegraph, Bieber first showed up an hour and 20 minutes late to the Anhembi Arena where he was to perform. He was also more than three hours late to a meet and greet with fans who had paid over $1000 to meet him in person. After the show began, Bieber then kicked a Brazilian flag that had been thrown onto a walkway, upsetting many in attendance. And finally, toward the end of his set, someone threw a water bottle on stage that hit Bieber in the face and knocked the microphone out of his hands.

And with that mic drop, Bieber gave a look and then turned around and walked off stage. The fans remained in the arena for 30 minutes calling for him, even starting a group sing-a-long of “Baby.” Finally, the lights in the arena came on, the crew started packing up equipment, and the disappointed crowd left.

A Brazilian music reviewer wrote that “a night of fun was overshadowed by a few seconds of anger and immaturity.” But your night of fun will just begin when you watch the video repeatedly. Throwing bottles is bad, of course, but that look, oh man, it’s so good.

Carmen Carrera is having her moment. Ever since twirling onto the pop-culture stage as a scantily clad contestant on “RuPaul’s Drag Race” in 2011, the New Jersey native, born a boy named Christopher, has been enjoying a fast ascension as a model. After publicly transitioning to female after her stint on the reality show, Carrera has signed with Elite Model Management, walked the runway for designer Marco Marco during last month’s LA Fashion Week, and been featured twice in W magazine, most recently in a 13-page spread shot by Steven Meisel for the September issue. Now she’s the subject of a Change.org petition created by fans to request that Victoria’s Secret sign Carerra as the brand’s first transgender model. The effort has already garnered more than 20,000 signatures — and a slew of supportive comments — since its creation by Marco Regalado of California on Monday.

“I'm amazed!” Carrera wrote on Facebook on Tuesday in response to the fast-growing support. “And just to make it clear, this petition is not to force VS to do anything. It's to prove that the world is ready for change and possibilities are endless!” Victoria's Secret did not immediately respond to requests for comment from Yahoo Shine.

“Gender does not exist in terms of beauty,” Carrera notes on her website. And judging by the recent swell of transgender visibility in the modeling world, she seems to have a point.

Androgynous Serbian male model Andrej Pejic (who scored the cover of Serbian Elle earlier this year) first broke ground in 2011, when she walked both the men’s and women’s runways for Jean-Paul Gaultier; that’s the same year transsexual model Lea T of Brazil appeared on the cover of Brazilian Elle, and Dutch Valentijn de Hingh was featured in the pages of Italian Vogue. Trans beauty queen Jenna Talackova forced Donald Trump and his Miss Universe Canada pageant to end its ban on transgender contestants in 2012. And more recently, two non-transgender bio-girls, Elliott Sailors and Casey Legler, have found success working as male models — which wouldn’t surprise the supporters of Carrera’s Change.org petition.

“Gender in America is reaching a point where it is no longer important what you were born as but what you make of yourself, and Ms. Carrera is a stunning example of that,” notes signer Jered Lawson of California. “Anyone who has dreams should sign this.”

Justin Bieber has been charged with vandalism for being caught spray-painting graffiti during a recent stop in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The 19-year-old singer was reportedly charged after a three-day testimony was held with everyone involved, including photogs snapping him during the act, police officers, and security personnel, according to E!.
 
As a result, Justin will be forced to pay a fine, but will not face any jail time for the charge.

The video, uploaded to YouTube on Nov. 7 and titled “Justin Bieber sleeping with a girl in Brasil,” shows the pop star fast asleep next to his signature red hat. The beautiful brunette filming him then turns the camera around, silently giving viewers a smile and blowing Justin a kiss, revealing a diamond ring on her finger in the process. It appears to be daytime in the video, so we’re guessing Justin is tired out after another wild night of partying.

“Once fans heard he was at a hotel in Brazil, around five to six thousands of them turned up. So instead he rented a place outside the city,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com exclusively. ”About 50 people partied at his house after the concert. She was one of the 50 people. He fell asleep and was on the couch fully clothed and on his phone. She took a picture of him and filmed him sleeping that’s it.”

Laying on a large, striped daybed, Justin is wrapped in a brown blanket while his red hat sits next to him and other personal objects like his phone are strewn about the bed.

The woman taking the video has been identified as Tati Neves, according to Perez Hilton.

A rep for Justin had no comment on the video. But Justin is reportedly telling friends that he’s totally creeped out by the video, according to TMZ.

He’s also reportedly frustrated that after all the controversies he’s had to face, he now has to deny false allegations that he was hanging out with prostitutes.

But Justin couldn’t fool the cameras — he forgot to hide his signature arm tattoos, so he and the two women he was with were busted by the paparazzi.

Justin better cover up his tats if he’s going to keep getting into this kind of trouble!

... Why would she “grabbed it off the internet” the same photo she had previously posted (in original) from her account? And what a coincidence that it is only her that is photoshopped on the photo, and not the other girls?
