This woman is OK in person but she fills my feed with loony christian rants: I believe that popular history will eventually reveal, in retrospect, that Bill Clinton was one of the worst presidents in American history. I have no idea what the next 4 years will hold. It's definitely scary to imagine, but many are putting their hope in the sovereignty of God. That's all well and good and right, but I hope they also understand that it doesn't mean God will miraculously change Trump's character and heart (though He definitely can and we should pray for that). It is very possible that--in God's perfect wisdom--Trump does throw this country into chaos. God never promised smooth sailing. He promised to be with us through the turbulent times and asks us to be faithful and obedient and to trust and hope in Him ONLY, even when stuff hits the fan. This may be a time where Christians need to reevaluate what they really believe and where they stand for Christ. To stand for truth, for those who cannot fight for themselves and to wisely live out the Gospel not only for unbelievers, but for our misguided/lost brothers and sisters in Christ. It's not a new calling, but maybe it's a more pivotal time now than before. It's a gamechanger. Church, maybe this is a wake up call we can no longer ignore. "The Cause is clear. The Call is worth it. The Time is now. And His Grace is sufficient. Only one question remains... Am I up for it?"
