No! I found it on an actress’s Instagram page, caption said it’s her mum, but can’t find any info... 

It looks like the book was originally published in 1980, but this edition is from 1981. So def not Turlington.

There is an online copy at the Internet Archive, but I don't see any credit for the cover model.

in the magazine it says that she Ingrid Wallin (Carin) is but is it a mistake or is she the namesake of this Swedish model?

She does look like Ingrid but... I'm not sure.
