I know that with her and joe abuse was involved, so thats why I said that. Abuse is traumatic.

 

I just think you all don't like metin,so you're taking it wrong. If it really seemed that way, people in the comments def would have called it out. She clearly just felt like posting about where she is in life. Metin is not even the only one she thanked, she thanked two other people. She wrote more on credit because I am sure he is with her more than the others.

Hope she is happy. But what is weird is that a few days ago she followed/unfollowed Metin, again. Also, Adrielle does not follow him. Everyone else in her circle does but her cousin. And she has met and been around him. Maybe she is skeptical as well.

^ I think thats why she was talking about herself being human and pretty much what happened to her in the past shapes how she acts and reacts to things and why their road hasn't been easy. She was def bothered by something on social media concerning him and was reacting. It looks like she was subtly giving an explanation of why she is the way she is. She even admit she lost herself. Nobody can't be anything but happy that she actually realizes that and trying to fix it.

She responded to lais that her family is about to leave, so i guess her family from Brazil will be joining her in China or her kids and cousin from miami.

To be honest, I have never liked everything related to the spiritual world, I find it false and those supposed masters seem to me swindlers who take advantage of the ignorance of many people. I'm sorry, i had to say it. Especially taken to this extreme by Adriana. Speaking of new awakenings, enlightenment, guides, all that sounds a bit like a sect. Very creepy. About those wounds, fears and traumas of which she speaks, she needs a psychologist more than a spiritual guide with therapies based ... on what? Hot air? It reminds me of people who prefer homeopathy to real medicine to cure their illnesses.

I couldn't say it better. And like homeopathy, it can do a lot of good if used as help and not as sobstitute.

Eh, I'm not a fan of Metin but I don't see anything wrong with her post. Hell, if she can get some self-love and understanding out of this, I'm all for it so if/when this relationship ends, she can heal herself properly first with her new found knowledge before jumping into a rebound relationship like she did with Metin. 

 

I read through her comments and I don't see anyone feeling the way y'all do. I think because we sit here on BZ and actually "know" her/how she is plus some of you guys (myself included) aren't feeling Metin so you're reading too much into it and taking it as a negative when in my own opinion, it's showing growth. 

I am a bit worried that she is too influenced by Metin.

This is my personal opinion, but I think that what he says and what he is doing has somewhat brainwashing elements.

(I am a Buddhist so I don't have a negative view on meditation. The meditation she is doing in Miami looks very nice. )

I agree with the psychologist part..therapy can really help and she can continues with meditation together... 

Yes, I don't like him too.

Anxiety,traumas and such don't have a set cure for them,psychologists work for some people and yoga and meditation works for others.Plenty of other celebs meditate and do yoga and it's no big deal.
