I visit this thread every now and then and always see the hints and guesses. Maybe the answer to this question is obvious- but what are they trying to do? what's the point exactly? to give hints as to who will be on the cover of the 2013 SI issue? or to give hints about who is shooting at different locations? And does the location of where a specific model shoots indicate anything? there are pictures of silhouettes of models or body parts, but they seem to all belong to different ones so I'm just not too sure.

I don't know about Kate getting the cover, they always have the cover on the beach so I'm not sure ... But i do think that Kate had the strongest year out all the girls in the issue, but we'll see

by other hand Ariel Meredith 17 and 18 of dec. tweeted of being in "paradise" and post this picture , that it looks kinda of the place they were shooting.. so my guess is that she was with Nina doing the recreation of Tyra and Valeria cover

I don't know whether this question was already asked in this thread but have they ever used models( Catalog/runway ) from Victoria's Secret or do they simply choose not to work with them as a policy since VS mainly refuse to work with the SI Girls???

I think gorgeous VS models like Barbara Palvin, Candice, Adriana Lima would look a million times better than their current cover girl Kate Upton !!!

Oh my....So she really did work with VS and that Casting Director STILL acted in a very disrespectful manner towards her dissing her publicly..Why would she do that ...WHY WHY WHY ???? And why didn't VS ever apologize to her OPENLY with a public stament.....That was so wrong and so uncalled for....I am not a fan of Kate but that was so unprofessional of VS !!!!! I thought Kate was very gracious...she never spoke of VS in a negative manner....GO KATE !!!!!

P.S. - Thank You for the photos PhenoBarbie......Your signature photo.....is it Kate Upton or Claudia Schiffer..BOTH Guess Girls.....for a long time I thought it was Claudia( who I am a huge fan of ) but then yesterday I saw a pic of Upton that looks like that photo.....I am confused !!!!

Kate's VS pictrues....a healthy, (and so I am told a naturally) curvy model...so much better than all those skeletal, stick-thin lollipop heads...I think she would have been a breath of freash air ....a refreshing change ...Upton > Karlie ......
