If the rehearsal is this late at night, I would say Marni or Alberto, something early-ish in the morning. 

ok she just walked the red carpet for amfAR so the pics must be coming soon. I agree with @toodarnhot it must be for something early in the morning. MFW seems to be dying out now that most shows are over. When is Dolce? It isn't on Pretty's schedule.

Now that I'm really looking at her Sara kind of looks like she gained a little weight and honestly I like it. It makes her look more healthy and it fits her. It reminds me of her back in 2012 she should keep her body like this. 

 

I hope she walks Valentino in Paris even though that is a extremely big reach fingers crossed and wishing her the best of luck over there though
