Why does the Candice cover look like it was taken from a thumbnail and blown up?

Even though Candice's picture is grainy and out of focus, I'm voting for it over Adriana for a few reason

5. Adriana's is Holiday Shoe Book... I don't Holiday anywhere on that cover let alone a X-Masish type of shoe
