August 12, 20159 yr LOL Schemer, she's 19. We can't expect her to be world-wise and tactful at that age. Im not a fan of Bieber but I was surprised he was put on the spot for his behaviour. He was a 19 year old kid with over a $100 mil with fast cars and faster babes around him. If you're not wild'n out under those circumstances I would find that suspicious.
