She'll get them huge PR and no matter how "controversial" the move is, there's no such thing as bad publicity, if there were VS would be bankrupt by now. I mean it's the brand who pimped out Barbara palvin to Bieber and had Karlie as a squaw right after No Doubt had to pull a Native related video from YouTube.
June 1, 201410 yr My bets are on Kendall for the VSFS 2014 in London. It's PR heaven for VS! If they're willing to overlook Cara's bloated face and mediocre lingerie body for her fanbase and social media impact, they will definitely consider Kendall, who actually has the look. Plus she is in the exact target demographic for VS; the VS PINK instagram even reposted a picture of her wearing one of their bikini tops. Also, I can already picture all her Kardashian sisters reposting all her Instagram stuff (as they already do), so honestly it would reach millions and millions of people. Without a doubt Kendall will walk A-list shows for S/S 2015, which is usually the key to getting cast in the VSFS for new faces. They will probably stick her in PINK and ask her to whore out her Instagram/Twitter for the show. Plus I'm sure VS will be very happy to have the likes of the Kardashians and Kanye attend the show as guests, providing even more publicity. It's a win for everybody. It's like you're reciting my nightmares. From a marketing perspective, yes, Kendall might be successful, but it will still just backfire on VS' very minimal integrity. Kendall still isn't representative of models that work hard for what they achieve. For someone that's been a model for 4 years, only getting 4 shows now, and only getting those 4 shows through connections, is really a fail. (Marc Jacobs + Giles was through Katie Grand, her new friend, Givenchy was obviously Kanye, and Chanel was a random one because Karl wants to be a hipster or something). Pretty sure there was a recent news article that stated that apparently at least 4 million of her twitter followers were fake or inactive accounts, imagine that for instagram. VS has firmly said they don't hire celebrities, and Kendall I presume should be classified as one because her fame comes from her sisters sex tape, not her modelling skills (which she lacks). Seriously if she went on the VSFS runway, she'd be boring beyond belief, even Nicholas Cage has a deeper array of emotions Not to mention many VS fans will finally encompass the last of their rage and just stop supporting VS. Instead of hiring someone who in my opinion, is a waste of time and doesn't deserve her position, VS could actually try and make their products better quality so people would want to buy it. No amount of advertising is ever going to make me think those 7 for $26 panties are the perfect underwear. But in summary, Kendall x VS = This as if you had come into my head and wrote it for me Except I think Kendall and all her family should DIAF +1 I can deal with Cara because at least she actually does shows and what not from time to time, seems to be at least trying to somewhat improve as a model, brings something a little different to the VS show imo, and doesn't seem to be completely relying on nepotism unlike Kendal get jobs. All Kendal seems to do is take selfies and show up to all these red carpet events while she waits for Kris or Kanye to get her these opportunities.

You can't lie that it would be totally advantageous for VS to use Kendall, even though for us model fans it would be a travesty. I think I'll reserve my judgement if she will do the show depending on how well her next FW run is. If she only books shows sponsored by Katie Grand (like last FW), then I won't be impressed at all. But if she books lots of legit shows and does a full FW run, who knows? She might be able to surpass being a socialite.

It's different from Georgia Jaggers' situation, isn't it? So I don't think she will ever be a victoria's secret model Still, I hope. I definitely prefer Kendell to Cara, if i have to choose Al least, Kendell is more delicate! I'm sill waiting for elsa's wings lol.

I can't @ them misspelling Shanina's name. The store has a lot of pics of the Angels & Elsa, as well as some of Miranda, Joan, Erin, Jasmine, Chanel & Sara.

They probably cast her in the show as a form of payment for her doing the fittings. How awkward would it be if she didn't get to do the show but tried on all the outfits?

June 4, 201410 yr Well, many of the Angels were fit models and likewise many of the fit models have become Angels. So Barbara has her foot in the door, but I don't think they're using her quite enough at the moment for her to be a believable Angel.She was. From what I know:2000: Ale2001: ?2002: Michelle2003: Michelle2005: Andi and Miranda (?)2006: Andi and Trentini2007: Miranda ?2008: Candice2009: Candice, Erin and Lindsay (?)2010: ?2011: Bregje and Lais (?)2012: Bregje and Barbara FIts kind of interesting to see who they choose to be the fit models. Michelle still went to castings in 2002, but I'm guessing it's just procedural, given that they've seen them try-on every outfit already.
