VS is a business first. It isn't keeping Adriana around paying her more than the others because they like her. She's still up there because she makes people buy their products probably more than the other girls. And she does it without the help of the paparazzi and fabricated articles. Candice is VS' go-to girl because she sells them panties, not because she brings press. Attention whoring is not the job bb, the job is how well you can sell a product. The Kate comparison isn't even valid. You see paparazzi pictures of Kate like once every 2-3 months and there are barely any articles about her personal life.

Moving on... I watched this year's 'tell me you love me' commercial and I couldn't help but see the similarity between this year's and 2005's. 2005's had Gisele strutting up and down a room, this year's had Candice doing the strutting . I thought using the same lines was bad enough. but trying to copy that Gisele walk too? (which btw was terribly executed imo) Candice better come through

So Miranda has the paps on speed dial and gives them shots with an averagae of 3.834 outfits per day... Is it really worth being upset over?

I personally think it's smart. Let's be real, Kate Upton would never have scored her Vogue covers without her PR team, Lily probably wouldn't be an Angel is she didn't have her husband and VS started shoving Behati down everyone's throat as soon as her belly button replaced Anne V's as Adam Levine's sperm receiver. Bottom line is, Miranda doesn't make the rules, she's just quite good at playing by them. She knows that her target demo is basically the people who read gossip magazines and does her best to stay relevant to them. That's not just her being an attention whore (lbr, one doesn't become a model because one loves the art of photography or wants to "inspire" people), that's her doing her job.

She does call paparazzis which i find lame as hell, but what matters is that is making her & VS more money & that's what they want. Like or not Miranda's works for the past two years puts to shame Alessandra, Adriana & all of the other Angels. She's doing every HF runway show she wants to, got a Prada campaign, launched her own skincare line, Vogue Italy, still contracted by DJ in Australia, she's working a lot in the Asian market (that pays very well BTW), she's got a lot of editorials in big magazines, she got Mango now ... All that while Adriana sits on her ass doing Metrocity & nothing else, sorry i love Adriana but girlfriend does from little to nothing these days

At the rate we're going now Miranda will be the only relevant Angel in both commercial & HF worlds once she leaves VS.

Excuse you. Miranda is not the only Angel that's working consistently well outside of VS. There's Ale, Candice, Adriana.

If anything, Ale's portfolio has more life to it than that of Miranda's. Ale, was part of the Olympics closing ceremony, has her own shoe line with a Brazilian brand, has her clothing line with Colcci, has a Hugo Boss Campaign, a muse for Love magazine, a Vivara Jewelry campaign, a Monsoon campaign a London Fog campaign. Vogue, Allure, Muse covers. All that in the time span of one year. Do I need to add all she's done in the last two years?! And lets not forget she was pregnant!!

Adriana did a Danna Karan campaign, two super bowl commercial (keep in mind that those are for Kia Motors and Teleflora). the face of the last 2 seasons of Mavi jeans, has two seasons of campaigns for Forum, a Vogue cover, her headline-making Pirelli Calendar appearance. In a year. She was pregnant. Oh and her upcoming project with Scarlett Johansson, Daniel Craig and Rose, And Metro City. How is Miranda's Samantha Thavasa any better? They're both selling bags and are both Asian Brands.

Candice has been getting American Vogue eds like nobody's business. Has a Versace fragrance contract, a Miu Miu campaign, a Brian Atwood campaign, a Juicy Couture campaign, an Oscar de la Renta, Prabal Gurung campaign, Colcci campaign. GQ/Muse/W/Vogue/Bazaar/Marie Claire among many other covers and several eds. And of course doing every runway show in sight. All this in one year.

You see, Miranda might be making the most noise, but she by no means puts anyone to shame. If anything, her portfolio is behind some of those girls. Of course that is if you don't include her paparazzi pictures

yes, f...... annoying and here we go again with the Adriana, when is it going to stop. Why they have to bring her up for everything, we were talking about Miranda not Adriana. I am so Tired of it. No she is not God and no she doesn't poop roses.
