And I plan on losing another 20kg/44 pounds before I'm at my goal weight. Usually I don't brag about that but I'm so happy and can't wait to continue. It's all been to counting my calories and getting rid of the bad bad junk I was eating. I weighed 140kg/308 pounds and I was not happy with that.
