Pro Tip: Have a sign saying BLM while you protest the vaccine and the government will support you

:nicole:

Government's restriction of movement placed on people via the vaccine, show your papers or else. If you don't have you papers with you even if you're vaccinated they'll arrest you.

To a dark place, this line of thought will carry us. Hmmm. Great care, we must take.

Government knows best as always! :banghead:

US lockdowns are gonna come back too, Potato and Mrs. Choksondik will make it so..... luckily I live in a good state.

Speaking of the South..

I'm kinda for this, not gonna lie. Conservative leaning states have basically nothing in common with the Liberal run states/cities.. our values are so different and at a certain point we need to sit back and ask how much longer we can continue to cohabitat together.. Sadly the left leaning areas will turn into even bigger violent shitshows and that's not okay for the people who can't leave their area for green pastures. I'll it again moving to the South is THEE best thing I've ever done.

Should happen, don't think the Northern & Western states shall let them leave though.

Another French & World Revolution? :idk:

Nope. Just a bunch of morons with too much time on their hands.

And what's "funny" is those people screaming for their personal liberté are the same screaming against homosexuals to get married and women to have abortion or single/gay women to have assisted reproduction.

Their "liberty" smells like shit.

Are they forcefully imposing their will on others like the government is doing?

This pop anthropology book is pretty impressive, and politically incorrect to the extreme.   IT seems to have gotten  traction in the press and is very popular.  I've been reading it and highly recommend it to everyone.  It should match everybody's personal experience of working and observing how much of working and how much of production is actually wasting energy/time for the sake of appearances.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bullshit_Jobs

The author contends that more than half of societal work is pointless, both large parts of some jobs and, as he describes, five types of entirely pointless jobs:

  1. flunkies, who serve to make their superiors feel important, e.g., receptionists, administrative assistants, door attendants, makers of websites whose sites neglect ease of use and speed for looks.
  2. goons, who act to harm or deceive others on behalf of their employer, e.g., lobbyists, corporate lawyers, telemarketers, public relations specialists, community managers
  3. duct tapers, who temporarily fix problems that could be fixed permanently, e.g., programmers repairing bloated code, airline desk staff who calm passengers whose bags do not arrive
  4. box tickers, who create the appearance that something useful is being done when it is not, e.g., survey administrators, in-house magazine journalists, corporate compliance officers, quality service manager
  5. taskmasters, who manage—or create extra work for—those who do not need it, e.g., middle management, leadership professionals

Forcefully ?  Allow me to lol.

They don't want to get vaccinated ? Fine. No problemo. They are not forced.

In return to not get vaccinated, they have to obey certain rules. Dura lex sed lex.

I am fully vaccinated, and I am following the exact the same rules.

Haven't gotten this far but according to the table of contents, the book later goes into the "spiritual violence" caused by working an unauthentic jobs.  (depression, finding outlets in other activities etc.).  I definitely have noticed how jobs tend to mold the personalities of people over time, and bad jobs that require a lot of lying & manipulation rub off on the workers, certain to have an effect on the quality of their personal lives & inner dialogue.

Also there is a focus on how a lot of high income and middle income white collar jobs are actually bullshit jobs.

Yup, I can definitely see that too.

One of the implications of this is also how in modern "post-industrial" economies, a lot of occupations are nonessential and created out of artificial demand (from marketing/proproganda), bureaucracy (both private and public), and egotism/office cultures (creating made up jobs to make the group/bosses important), especially in white collar work.   Squads of assistants, interns etc that are actually superfluous and hired only to improve the company's image and make it look like a "real company" with underlings to boss around.  And executives/managers creating bullshit jobs and tasks just to make themselves look productive and justify their budgets.  This stuff gives me nightmares and the worst tragedy of life to me has been the too great amount of time wasted doing bullshit and seeing others go through this.   And that feeling that one is living a lie.

MJ's and Sports Illustrated has always looked like a whole ton of bullshit going on, even when the magazine was good.  Activity for the sake of activity & appearances.
